The item was mostly as described, which I appreciated. Nothing too surprising, straightforward experience, and overall I’d say the listing was accurate enough.

I bought this from Body Joys and at first I thought it seemed fine. It felt decent enough when I first used it, so I was hopeful.
Unfortunately, after only a few uses it started coming apart, which was really frustrating. I wasn’t rough with it at all, just using it normally, so it felt upsetting to see it fall apart so quickly.
For the price, I expected much better. It left me feeling disappointed and a bit annoyed, and I wouldn’t buy it again.

"I wish the packaging felt more private"
I was a little nervous about ordering this and really hoped the delivery would be discreet, but the packaging didn’t feel private enough for me. It was kind of awkward receiving it, to be honest, and I would’ve felt a lot better with something more plain and reassuring.

I had to send one item back because it didn’t fit quite right. The return form was easy to fill out, and my refund came through after a few days. I did have to follow up once about the email update, but overall it was a ok experience

I had to wait a really long time to get a response, even after sending a couple of messages. When they finally got back to me, the answer didn’t really fix the issue or give me clear instructions on what to do next. I was expecting better guidance and quicker support, so overall I wasn’t impressed

"Nice range, but my order was messed up"
I ordered a few bits from bodyjoys.co.uk and, to be fair, the website was easy enough to use and they do have a decent selection. The delivery also wasn’t terrible. But when the parcel arrived, about half of it was wrong. One item came in a completely different size, and another wasn’t even the one I’d chosen. I double-checked my order confirmation and everything was correct on my side, so it was frustrating having to chase it up after already waiting. Maybe I was just unlucky, but it’s put me off ordering again unless they sort out their packing process

I ordered this once and it was just okay, but I’m absolutely convinced it wasn’t worth what I paid. Delivery was fine, no real issues there, but the item itself felt way cheaper than I expected for the price. I’d pretty much bet on finding a better deal somewhere else next time before buying again.

I was about to check out, but the payment page just looked sketchy to me. Maybe it was nothing, but I don’t think it’s right to ask customers to enter their card details somewhere that doesn’t feel secure or trustworthy. I ended up leaving because I’d rather be safe than regret it later.

"Delivery took forever"
I ordered this thinking it would show up quickly, but it ended up taking ages to arrive. There weren’t really any clear updates either, so I was just stuck waiting around. Annoying overall, and I wouldn’t order again if the delivery is going to be this slow.

"Reliable delivery, easy all round"
Ordered a couple of bits from Bodyjoys and the delivery was solid :) I got the tracking email the same day, and the parcel arrived exactly when it said it would, so there was no messing around or waiting in for nothing.
The only reason I wouldn’t give it a full 5 is that the outer box was a little squashed, but everything inside was totally fine! I’d happily use them again if the delivery keeps being this reliable.

The package was plain, which I appreciated since you couldn’t really tell what was inside. But the packaging itself was a bit hit or miss. The box showed up slightly squashed and the seal didn’t feel super secure, so it made me a little nervous for something that’s supposed to be discreet. Delivery was fine overall, but I do think the packaging could use some improvement.

"Stock info just isn't reliable"
I ordered a couple of things because the site said they were in stock. Simple enough. Then a few days later, I got an email saying one item wasn’t available after all. Not great. Then another one got delayed too.
really frustrating because I needed them that week. If something isn’t actually available, just mark it out of stock. Would’ve saved me the hassle. Felt like a waste of time, and I probably won’t order again...

I asked for a refund it’s been way more frustrating than it should be. The replies were slow, nobody gave me a clear answer, and I’m still waiting after having to follow up multiple times. Save your time and be careful if you think you might need a refund...
